What is the stage?
Using a word, a person does not always clearly understand what it means. Here, for example, what is the stage? How this way is not used!Let's try to understand its true meaning.
Origin of the term
The word "stage" comes from Babylon, and then fromAncient Greece. There they were denoted by the distance (although in those days it was male and sounded more like "stages"). The length of this gap varied from century to century: in different historical epochs it ranged from 172 and a half meters to as much as 230.4.
In the modern world, the stage does not mean distance at all - it is a whole stage in the development of something: from the growth of a newborn organism to the creation of enterprises and the formation of planets.
The most approximate, but quite accuratethe idea of what a stage is, can be compounded by the development of a child: a newborn - a baby - a small child - a schoolboy - a teenager is a young man. And every stage is an entire epoch for the "example" taken for consideration.
Stages from a medical point of view
The most common question is what is the stage, when communicating with doctors. This term is mentioned by them very often, and why it is remembered. But we do not even imagine how many stages important for physicians we have not the slightest idea. Medical view any disease divides into such stages:
- Predilezny: some initial symptoms that can signal about many diseases.
- Latent stage. This is a hidden stage: the disease develops, but it does not appear almost outwardly.
- Prodrome (precursors). Symptoms are manifest; complications can begin. But the defense is still working, although it can not overcome the ill.
- The outcome of the disease. It can be very different - up to lethal or transition to chronic (again, it is the last) stage.
Honestly, in medical terms, the word "stage" is illustrated most graphically.
