- Better water more than less.Use 1 liter of water for 100 g of dry products.
- Cook them in a large thick-walled pot.
- Salt is recommended once during boiling.
- Throw the product in the center of the pan, in boiling water.
- Do not use for washing cold water, if such a need has appeared, use hot.
Pasta is immersed in boiling salted water at the rate of on average 1 kg - 5 - 6 liters of water and 50 grams of salt. Cook until cooked, stirring occasionally.
Usually large macaroni cooks 30 - 40 minutes, noodles 25 - 30 minutes, vermicelli 7 - 10 minutes, vermicelli cobweb 2 - 3 minutes.

If there was little cooking water, pasta can stick together, so it is recommended to spill them in a colander with hot water.
You can cook and not pouring broth, for this amount of water used is taken such that during cooking it is completely absorbed by pasta (for 1 kg of products 2.3 - 2.5 liters of water).
