Ingredients:

  • Milk - 0.5 liters;
  • Eggs - 5 pcs .;
  • Flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. L .;
  • Salt is a pinch.

For filling:

  • Minced meat - 500 gr .;
  • Onions - 1 pc .;
  • Water - 3 tbsp .;
  • Egg - 1 pc .;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Bake in advance thin pancakes according to any recipe for the test. You can do it on milk, on kefir or on water. So, in a deep container, beat the eggs, pour the milk, add the flour, vegetable oil and salt. Mix until smooth with a blender.

2. Grease the pan with vegetable oil, heat and bake the bread on both sides.

3. Now we will prepare the filling. Peel onions and finely chop into cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

4. Mix ground beef with fried onions, salt and pepper, and add three tablespoons of cold boiled water. Mix well.

5.Put one pancake on a flat plate and place 1 tablespoon of the filling, spread with a thin layer on the half cake.

6. Cover the other half without filling.

7. Then fold in half. Crescent has turned out.

Such pancakes can be frozen and cooked whenever you want.

8. In a separate bowl, beat an egg, 1 egg goes to 4 pancakes.

9. Now dip each billet into the egg on both sides and send to the preheated pan with vegetable oil.

3. Boil the chicken in salted water. Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil with spices. Cut meat into cubes and combine with onions.
